The Role: We’re looking for a full-time Packaging & Graphic Designer with a passion for luxury branding and high-end event design. You’ll work in-house with our team to create stunning packaging concepts for our luxury press mailers, design immersive event branding, and collaborate with our team to bring innovative ideas to life for globally recognized brands.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Chatsworth, CA office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development & Presentation- Develop innovative and visually stunning design concepts for luxury press mailers, event branding, and packaging solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, including the CEO/Creative Director and clients, with clear rationale and creative vision.
- Ensure all designs reflect the sophistication and exclusivity of the luxury brand.
Collaboration & Execution- Work closely with the CEO/Creative Director and the SCA team to bring creative projects to life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, events) to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and client expectations.
Collaboration & Execution- Design a wide range of assets, including but not limited to:
- Packaging Design Concepts: Create luxurious, innovative, and functional packaging solutions that elevate the brand experience.
- Custom event builds (e.g., stage designs, booth layouts, interactive installations).
- Luxury invitations (digital and print).
- Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters).
- Ensure all assets are visually impactful, on-brand, and tailored to the luxury market.
In-House Design Work- Update and maintain internal and client-facing materials, including:
- Capabilities Decks: Refresh and design presentations that showcase the agency’s services, expertise, and portfolio.
- Client Decks: Create tailored presentations for client meetings, pitches, and proposals.
- E-books & Reports: Design visually engaging digital publications, such as e-books, whitepapers, and annual reports.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure all internal materials adhere to the agency’s brand standards and reflect a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to ensure content is visually compelling and aligned with business goals.
Project Management- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final delivery.
Proofing & Production- Oversee the proofing process to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Prepare mechanical files for print and production, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Liaise with printers and fabrication teams to ensure flawless execution, particularly for packaging and large-scale event materials.
Team & Client Engagement- Attend weekly in-person team meetings to discuss project progress, brainstorm ideas, and align on goals.
- Participate in client presentations as needed, presenting design concepts and addressing feedback professionally.
Brand Consistency- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, including the use of logos, colors, typography, and imagery.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity.
Innovation & Trend Awareness- Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in the luxury sector, and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
- Experiment with new design techniques, materials, and technologies to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Requirements:- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- 2+ years of packaging design experience, preferably in luxury or high-end branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Adobe Dimensions or 3D rendering is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing luxury packaging, event branding, and 3D renderings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Based in Los Angeles, CA, and willing to commute to our Chatsworth office 2 days/week.
